Completing an application usually takes about 15-20 minutes. If you need to stop at any time during the process you can return later and access your application using your email address and password specified below. Your selected apartment space will not be reserved until the Holding Fee is paid in full. The Holding Fee is non-refundable if the apartment space reservation is cancelled at any point. The Holding Fee is applied towards your first month's rent once you move in to your new home.

All applicants will be required to meet the minimum following criteria:

1. Provide a government issued form of identification

2. Satisfy an income requirement of 2.5 times the monthly rent for the unit (this is a combined income requirement for all applicants, not per person). If you're applying to a by-the-bed or roommate program, the individual income requirement is 2.5 times the individual monthly rate.

Completing your application and paying your Holding Fee reserves your selected room space. Our leasing team will pair you with the best roommates and send you an updated lease agreement for your apartment household within 60 days of your completed application.
